Tai Chi Walking involves 30 minutes of Tai Chi followed by 30 minutes of outdoor paced walking. The purpose of this course is to blend the balancing, meditating, patterned movement and energizing qualities of Tai Chi with the cardiovascular qualities of paced walking.
